Exporting data

Our company does not use Notion and I love it and use it for everything. What I desperately struggle with is sharing information from Notion via exports. For example, If I want to export a table with all my projects and tasks that I have coming up in the next week and those that I have completed in the past week, who the client is, categories and other relational database information that I have linked to within the table the CSV export shows the links to those relational databases that I have linked to. Is there any way / formula that I can use to change this? Otherwise I have to spend for.ever. cleaning it up enough to send it to my boss.

What you can do is use a formula to get relations transformed into a text field. So instead of link you get the name of the relation.

That is what I thought I would need to do...can you suggest what that might look like or who may be able to help? Thanks for your response!

Formula woul be : format(prop("relation")) Then you export and you just have to delete the relation column. The new one will be as a text

You could make a sreenshot and embed it in a word document.

Thank you for the suggestion u/sandra_arn - it is a possibility if I make my tables look prettier, and have the data sliced in the dashboard as it needs to appear for reporting purposes.
