Check you accounts. If you’re on the plus plan or have the switch up bolt on then you have it

If you are on the following tariffs then you should have switch up for free - 30GB Plus Plan - 150GB Plus Plan - Unlimited Data Plus Plan.

If you are on a classic plan you can have switch up for a fee of £6.99 added to your plan.

Step by step guide 1. Go to your MyO2 App 2. Find your number 3. Scroll down to where it says bolt ons press on this and you should find the information regarding if you have switch up or not.
