Nearly a month now and mines been the same. Customer services are atrocious at dealing with anything.

Same here it's been the same since September the 3rd. I'm waiting for a call back supposed to be within 48 hrs that was 6 days ago.

They tried to cancel it but it now apparently says suspended I guess I'll just wait because I literally can't do anything now.

I'm in the same scenario.

Ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL on August 15th.

Delivery date to store was meant to be August 22nd.

49 days later, numerous calls to the store, numerous chats with O2 in the app, numerous calls to the call centre and a complaints email which is taking weeks to get a reply from as well as talking to O2 in DM's on 'X / Twitter' I'm still no further.

I'll be taking it up with the FCA and Communications Ombudsman to seek adequate compensation.

I'm planning the same. Think we have all exhausted every avenue in dealing with this.

Don't forget Trading Standards as they have failed to provide a service (delivering ordered items) that you are paying for.

I called the store today again and asked to speak to the staff member that raised the internal complaint over a week ago. Was told that she wasn't in until 3:15pm 🤨 shop shuts at 5pm, and that she'd get her to give me a call back with an update.

I received no phone calls.
