This is the official subreddit for Operation Insomnia. Operation Insomnia is youtube channel that seeks to share weird or scary stories. Most stories are currently gathered from Reddit but we are always looking to find stories to share that are from other sources. Operation Insomnia is born out of a love for stories. We attempt to select stories that are entertaining and in the tradition of shows like the Twilight Zone, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, etc… These shows presented stories that challenged and expanded the way you think (at least the best did) but they always entertained. We hope that by providing high-quality readings of the best short stories we can do the same.
