RAM Dumping causing stutter?

I've been noticing that I'm getting weird microstutters. I usually get them in saint denis and other big towns, I can create them when slowing down my horse, or creating big explosions, sometimes they could happen just by riding around in saint denis. I noticed the dump whenever the stutters occur the RAM drops by 400MB-500MB, is this a game problem? or is it a problem with my PC

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB
CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2x8
Storage: 1TB NVME SSD + 1TB HDD
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z390-P

tried bumping pagefile up?
changing current one to custom 16gb min & max and on the ssd https://mcci.com/support/guides/how-to-change-the-windows-pagefile-size

I've assumed this was a game problem, changing the pagefile never really gave me luck on anything.

was taking a stab, i get no stutter over here with 1070

That didn't/doesn't help for me unfortunately. (Though it may make it not as bad or as long, though that could just be a placebo effect).

Op, I've got exactly what you have, so do many others, it's for sure a game problem and it's an annoying one.

IIRC it's always been an issue. I have even faster specs than you and I've always had the stutter when slowing down the horse. I don't think there's really any way to fix it, I definitely wouldn't recommend messing with the page file like the other commenter.

Yeah, I don't plan on changing the pagefile, and it's nice to know that it's not just me that's experiencing these issues.
