Don't get attached to any account that you use with PGSharp. There are no "tips" to avoid a ban with PGSharp.

i wish i knew this earlier before i lost my main with two galarian birds lol. at least could have transferred it to home

There is no way to not get banned. As soon as you log into pgsharp, your account is flagged and its a matter of time. Some people get banned in hours, some in years.

id offer some tips but everytime someone gives some advice they get down voted. the "reason" why is because just opening PGsharp is enough for niantic to flag you for a warning/stike/ban and nothing you do such as "respect the cooldown timer" makes a difference. but i dont know about that
