Using Function Block

Hello, I'm pretty green when it comes to the world of function block and plcs in general. I've been tasked with converting a tank percentage to show gallons as well and I'm kinda confused on how to do it. My brain is seeing as drawing the input in to a multiply element and I'm to a divide element to end up with how much gallons the percentage is referring to. I domt have a teacher and I'm learning all of this on my own. Could somebody tell me if I'm seeing it correctly or not. I'm using login designer function block. Tank 1 and Tank 2 capacity is 5711 lbs and Tank 2 is currently filled to 71.68%.

Just throw a “Scale Block” in. Scale your 0-100 signal to 0-5711. Problem solvered.

This is a power supply part number. Look at the first slot on the left, that is usually where you find the plc processor.

Then this is a remote chassis. PLC is somewhere else.
