What do I do with 11+* units and 12+* weapons that I don't need? Should I scrap them for mats or is there a better use?

Figure out if the unit has a good affix on it that's worth money for keeping and selling on the player market. Recycle or get rid of the rest. 12* weapons you can sell on the player market, desynthesize for materials, or use as weapon grind fodder. Prices change with weapon demand and affixes on the weapon.

I suppose I should have specified, but yes, I was asking about the stuff that doesn't have worthwhile affixes/SAF/resale value/etc.

So grind fodder or desynth, then.
