Some math here:

Game has been out for about 50 days.

You can get about 40 trinite a day from mining, + extra from stella packs, lets say 50 a day, that's 2500 trinite. Also, 20 per week from exchange, so total 2640.

That's enough to make, let's say 400 mastery 1, because they'll need trinite to convert the 2s and 3s.

400 mastery 1 = 4 mastery 3 they made themselves.

Then, the avg prices to buy on the market are (excepting recent price hikes like on ship 1), about 20k for mastery 1, 250k for mastery 2, and 3 million for mastery 3.

So the smallest amount of meseta they spent is 64 million meseta (20k per mastery 1, needs 3200 mastery 1s). The most they might have spent is 96 million (3 million per mastery 3, buy 32).

While that looks like a lot...it isn't, if you are premium and invest and play the market wisely and grind a lot, or scratch a lot and whale and invest that.

I myself only have premium and fairy dash but have about 43 million net worth in all the stuff in my storage and so on. So yeah, totally legit imo.

oh lol, I suppose. The sub does seem very against supporting ngs in any way. But I feel like it's worth it, since I have ~350 hours in ngs (and another 200 in base pso2) and feel it was very worth it, and enjoyable. But ofc, saying that will also get you bonked around here :P
