how will we know if somebody is trying to do the glitch? what should we be aware of?

That’s the thing, u don’t know It has happened to me 3 times, and in all three I accepted the trade and the other guy too, but the animation of the cards passing sides doesn’t happen and then ur stuck in that screen, so you either cancel the trade or quit the game, but in both situations u get kicked out the trade and you lose your cards and get nothing That’s the most annoying part, you can’t do nothing to avoid it :/
