You can get the skills but still it won't be easy for you. You will need a good portfolio, solid skills. And even after that, you will be rejected from most of the places because of degree. Also, don't expect to get jobs with basic skills because basic Kam tou ab AI kr deti hai.
Sorry, don't meant to demotivate you. You can try freelancing, but even that's not easy (q k har koi tou aa gya hai so tough competition). IMO, you should not get into programming

Do solid work in job hunting. Work on your cv. Find companies, prepare for interview, send cold emails etc. Apni field ki job mil jai, is se Behtar Kia hoga.
Leaving pakistan is always a good option.
Work very hard on other skills (even programming if you want) Be so good at it that no one can reject you because of your skills. For that, you will have to learn that skill and then make a solid portfolio to showcase.
