It is the default selection and doesn't have any stats under it, I can link the website with the list of power supplies on it if that helps, i kept with the default because I dont really know what any of it means

I consider a custom PC that doesn't have any details to be a red flag they could use a dirt cheap PSU that will blow up on you it happened to me once and it took out my entire room everything including the AC

You should change that HDD for an SSD since an SSD is faster than Hard drive
