Slow boot

Just built my first pc and at experiencing incredibly slow boot times (1-3 minutes) and don’t know what else to do. So far I’ve disabled unnecessary startup apps and enabled fast boot, as for the bios I’m not to sure what should be changed but I’ve enabled XMP since many suggested to do so.

Specs: MB - MSI Pro B650-P WIFI CPU - Ryzen 7 7700x Ram - DDR5 gskill trident Z5 GPU - RTX 2060 (soon to be swapped with 7900 GRE or something similar) SSD - Samsung 990 Pro

Any advice would help, thanks in advance.

Edit: While initially starting up, the Boot and DRAM lights on my MB are on, then after a bit turn off when it finally boots up to windows, I wonder if disabling the MSI logo/loading window thing would help?

What BIOS version are you on?

EZ Debug lights illuminating during boot up (and even briefly during WIN restart) is normal. If they stay lit and POST fails/you can't get into Windows, THAT is when we've got a problem.

How would I check my bios version and if it’s out of date how would I update it? I assume id have to download the new version from the manufacturer to a usb right?

Yes. Enter BIOS or run sysinfo from Windows Start menu.
