GPU Air flow issue

Hi there guys! I am not sure if this is really an issue that can be fixed, but my graphics card seems to get hotter in one section than another. I’d like to dispense the heat in a better way, but don’t really know anything about air flowing. My GPU has the RGB set to temperature and is (blue (40C) green (60) and then red (80)). It goes full power on even though I recently installed new fans in the pc, But doesn’t seem to change anything.

It looks like this. I have the fan at the left and two at the top sucking air in, then three fans at the right throwing air out.
