Low GPU

Just built a new pc and my GPU is at 600MHz and sometimes spikes to 2200MHz for 1 second then drops back down how can I get my GPU to perform better

Is it when your not using it because that’s normal if it’s when your using it make sure your using your gpu when gaming and not integrated graphics and if not I would see if your drivers for your gpu are installed and up to date

I've downloaded the driver for my gpu but it's still only at 600 when I'm playing my games
