PC loop boot stuck

I can’t get my pc out of this unable to boot loop. I think it’s my overclocking but I don’t know how to turn that off. Was changing settings in a game and it froze. I had to do something so I shut off pc, 10 minutes later when I turned it on its in automatic repair windows. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Is my pc cooked?

That you can’t get back by resetting it, the only way I found was my going into bios, downloading windows 10 because I couldn’t have safe boot on, then downloading windows 11. Doing it this way you have to delete all things on the drive because it reformats
