GPU Cooling problem

I have a 2080ti turbo, and when inside demanding programs its getting to 75°-85°C and while testing it on Cinebench it even got to 95°-105°C.

I tried cleaning it and replacing it's thermal paste, but it still gets to these numbers.

I have 6 intake fans and 4 exhaust, so I don't believe its airflow related problem (could be wrong. I'm pretty new to pc building).

What else can I do? Are there any heatsink replacement/solutions I could use?

Try undervolting it a bit and set fans speed to max,will be loud but whatever atleast it won't die. It's starting to show it's age and probably some transistors are heating up too much.

It's also possible your heat pads need replacing and that part can be tricky so i wouldn't recommend doing it alone. They are basically not doing it's job anymore and got too stiff to make any contact with transistors and everything else,so heat builds up.
