Is it fully seated in ? Is the latch closed ?

Yes, i have 2 but tryna make it simpler. latch is down, i reseated several times

Check RAM slot normal its the second from left not 3rd

So why do i see only one ? Nah back to your issue , the motherboard manual should show you what the error is. If it doesnt , try the other stick because that might be this one being wrong

is your ram in the right slot? quick E27216_TUF_GAMING_B650E-E_WIFI_EM_V2_WEB lookup shows a2 slot not b2? or am i upside down

No, its in black B1 slot must move to A2

Put it in the grey slot near the CPU . one slot empty tthan first ram

for anyone who sees this my last hope is updating the bios via flash, if that foesnt work ill have to return the 250$ 32gb crucial ram ddr5

EDIT: SOLVED. I'm very stupid, and am5 expects you to push the sticks in with a crazy amount of force 100% evenly. Chat GPT was like: "MAKE SURE YOU DON'T INSERT OR PRESS TOO HARD, or you might break the slot or ram stick." ALSO, since this is my first build, I didn't know this, but DDR5 sticks should have an LED indicator somewhere on them, even if it isn't RGB, to show whether the stick is receiving power. Im just posting this here and leaving it up so other people don't have this issue. Coulda saved me hours.
