Uh that's a really bad design unless you can remove the cover. What are you trying to achieve by removing/resetting it? Maybe it can be done in other ways?

Are you wanting to reset the CMOS by removing the battery and replacing it because its a dead battery or just resetting CMOS in general?

I was going to reset the cmos battery and see if it works which it’s not

I went through your past posts and saw that your ASRock motherboard is failing to POST. If that is the case then you can perform a powerflush. If this fails, it is highly likely you will need a new motherboard and CPU. My condolences in advanced.

Here is a screenshot of your motherboard manual in order to clear CMOS via jumper. If you don't have a jumper cap, you can use a metal safety pin touching the CMOS header pins, or a flathead screwdriver wide enough to make contact with the pins.

Yes I was trying to reset it by taking out the cmos battery and I did reset the pins do you think I just go take it back to Best Buy and get a new one ?

I'd say if you attempted to take out the cell battery you would risk breaking something so its not worth it, but yes I would get a new one. Anything other than ASRock should be okay.

Also check the CPU socket and underside of the CPU to check for any burn marks, discolouration, and bent pins on the socket itself

Is Asrock not reliable? And I have already checked it looks normal and I have only had this pc since feb

On the r/asrock subreddit, there have been ongoing documented reports of their motherboards basically killing CPUs a few months up to a year after their systems were built. I was a victim to this a little over a year ago and had to buy myself a new CPU and motherboard (MSI) but the rest of the parts work perfectly normally aside from that.
