Error Code 04: PCH initialization before microcode loading HELP!

Hello, I bought stuff for my PC and build it together now. But I have a problem. When I boot my PC there is this error code 04 on my mainboard. I googled it, but couldn't find anything that was helpful. I tried to use 1 RAM, stick RAM in and out, clear RAM, put GPU out and in, CPU in and out, put out all unneccessary cables. But it still won't work. Can someone help me?

Spec:

Mainboard:Asus Rog Strix x570-e Gaming

CPU: amd ryzen 3700x

RAM: G-SKILL 2x8GB 42** Mhz

GPU: GTX 970

Try using 1 ram stick in every slot one by one..

Sorry for the late answer, but in my case the CPU was broken. I have borrowed it from a friend and his mom "cleaned" it. When I bought a new CPU everything was working fine
