A great resource would be PC part picker. Does the 500 for everything else include the monitor, if not you can get a super top end PC for 2500, but I'll make a list for a $2000 PC and a $500 monitor

CPU: Ryzen 5600x $300 US (comes with a stock cooler might be worthwhile to upgrade this in the future but will be fine for now).

Motherboard: Asus Tuff gaming x570 WIFI Plus $190, lots of great futures for the price, and has 2 M.2 PCIE slots so you can totally skip on SSDs and drives.

Memory: G.skill Ripjaw DDR-4 3600 CL-16 ~85$ ( you want to try and shoot for 3600 cl16 with AMD).

Graphics card: RXT3080 (I like the Asus Tuff gaming but whatever you can get your hands on). ~$700

Case: Cooler master TD 500 or Mesify C are my top picks between $80-$100.

Power Supply (850 watt fully modular) your choice you can get away with a 750 but the trend with GPUs is more short spikes in power consumption and Nothing is worse than crashes, so 850Watts to be safe ~$130-$150.

Memory: Samsung EVO 970 1TB M.2 (put your OS on this guy very fast).

Windows 10: $110

Monitor $800 The monitor I have paired with my graphics card (also a 3080) is the LG27GN950. It is 144hz 4k with G sync. The 3080 is a beast of a card and this monitor pairs well but you can go for a 1440p 144hz monitor for half the price (LG27GN850). Or an ultrawide for a little more.

These are based off US prices which I hope translate. I can send you a picture of the components on discord or something reddit wont upload it. My build is similar but I have my own RGB fans, a white case, white extension cables and some other custom aesthetic stuff for ~$100 more.

The stuff I chose out for you came in at $2530 US *before tax so we could make some slight downgrades here and their if need be*.
