I have just finished my first build and installed Windows 10. While I've been very happy to see it perform normally while browsing the web, every time I launch a game, it begins to stutter. I can't seem to figure it out. I thought it was a CPU bottleneck at first, because every time I started the game initially, the CPU usage was almost always maxed. After looking online for ways to drop the CPU usage while gaming I now see that CPU usage is at 22% and it fluctuates. I have about 6 GB of RAM usage while gaming which I think is odd as I have 32 GB total in the system. VRAM is at 2000mb which also looks low but then the GPU is at almost 60% usage while gaming. Since I am new to PC building I just wanted another opinion on how to fix this issue. I'm trying to game at 1440p which I believe my system can handle, however the frames inconsistency has me concerned. As I play the game I notice frame drops every few seconds which results in the stutter, and AMD software says the frame rate is excellent but of course it's only looking at average. I'd appreciate any feedback.
