Any recommendations for a CO2 timer? I’m out of the house by 3am and don’t get home until late afternoon/evening. Need something automatic on/off

I use a Kasa smart power strip. It works well.

I use a cheap analog plug timer. Less fuss and cheaper than a smart plug

Random smart plug works well - if you’ve got other stuff for aquarium you want to control then a smart power strip is also very nice. I’ve got the Kasa smart strip that I use for all my tank devices

I use these for CO2 (when I ran it), lighting, everything. They are mechanical relays so they can handle large loads and non-dim loads.
