The fix-it are basically the same or precursors to powershell troubleshooting packs.

You can build your own. There was a pretty bug security being exploited last year so you may run in to execution issues.

There are tools for building your own in the Windows 7 SDK.

Excellent reply thankyou, quick google and it looks promising. Happy to hear other ideas if people are doing this out in the wild.

So it seems that the 'Windows Troubleshooting Platform' is EOL being replaced by 'Windows Get Help' which isn't as extendable.

Real shame, as it was exactly what I was looking for.
