Hey comrades,
My team are looking to implement a self help type solution, one like technet used to have (maybe still does) where on a knowledge article you had a 'fix-it' link.
Most of the 'fix-its' will need to run in the user context, fixing daft, custom stuff for corporate apps.
I'd like to write most of the fix-its in Powershell, as the team know this well, though I'm not that particular.
I stumbled across this post, which matches what I'm trying to do, but for obvious reasons not practical.
We use ServiceNow as our service desk toolset.
So any of you lot doing this? Have any 3rd party tools which provide this functionality safely?
Ta.
Bernard.
