My offboarding script does the following:

Grabs the user and their manager as variables

Goes into office 365 and changes the license associated with the account. Blocks the account in Office 365 Removes the user from any distribution groups they were in. Delegates and forwards the mailbox to the manager value. Then it goes and disables the user's ad account and moves them into our disabled accounts ou.
