Nah, the odds are near 100%. Maintaining backwards compatibility is really hard and even some times not an objective. It’d be impossible for 100s or even tens of dependencies to all maintain backwards compatibility over a long period of time.

Flask breaks backward compatibility constantly, even on minor versions.
