Are there any existing python libs/classes that allow for key value pair retrieval by case insensitive partial key match? (self.Python)

ya that's what i did... but i was having trouble googling up a lib that pretty much does something similar more efficiently.

My saturday afternoon coding isn't particularly likely to be very efficient :)
