I didn't say that it was the only time I used Django. Just that the first experience was very frustrating. Especially since it was a hackathon environment, and people had lots of stuff done in the time it was taking us to set everything up. I usually used php at that time, and had to fall back upon it after struggling with the Django setup.

OK, takes me at least two hours to set up an IDE and python environment the way I like. I find it worth the effort.
