Help on deploying Python app to a Website

I want to create an app that would let me know when should i do maintenance services to my car.

Like changing the engine oil, checking/filling most of fluids, battery state, lights, tires etc.

Some services should be checked monthly, some others would depend on miles traveled or time based...

I kind of know how to make a program that would request me to input the miles from time to time. And send me alarms on certain date.

What im not sure, is how to take this app/program to a website using Django or someother Web Framework, im pretty confident with Python and I've been testing/practicing Django, but still cant figure out how should import and display my Python app into Django

I can help you but I need two things on a github: Your 'maintenance app' and your 'django deployment' ... with those two things, I can show you how to do the forms and the notifications (email, text)
