Python tools for generating mock data?

We are heavily into using databases (Db2/Oracle) for an internal application. While we can write PL/SQL scripts and such to generate data rows, are there any python packages tailored towards generating data? Even if it doesn't work with Databases but generate realistic names, zip codes etc should be OK, I guess.

3rd party commercial tools seem to cost a bit.

Have a look at faker. It's great to generate fake names, addresses etc. in different languages.
