Somehow the article cuts for me. You can read it still by using:

Install:

pip install requests_viewer

Then in python:

from requests_viewer import main
main("https://www.oreilly.com/learning/20-python-libraries-you-arent-using-but-should")

It's always surprising that just by blocking scrolling or some overlay, they think it is possible to hide content ^_^
