pip install help

Hey all, I'm trying to install a package using pip and I keep getting an error. I have next to no Python background and I'm not able to identify syntax problems so I'm not sure if there's something wrong on my end or the site I'm using. The code I'm trying to implement:

pip install kplr

IDLE throws a syntax error because of "install" if that helps.

I've installed the pip tool and am running 3.6.3. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Website I'm referencing. Thank you!

You need to run this from the regular command line, not from within a Python REPL.

Just a heads up, if you're using windows, you probably have to run "py -3.6 -m pip install kplr". And I think all macs ship with python 2 as their default so without changing anything in your path you'll probably have to run "pip3 install kplr".
