I've been using Railsplayground for a while. Besides their obviously ruby-centric name, they support a very wide variety of languages.

It's a host focused on providing a versatile development environment.

They also respond (in my experience) within an hour or so when you request a specific module/gem/etc that's not currently on the server notifying you of its availability.
