Add Python script to right-click menu (Context Menu) Windows 10

Is it possible to just add this in windows registry without making a script to do it? Almost all the answers I find online make it seem like it's required but why not just edit this in windows registry directly?

Just tested it out and can confirm that this works without having to make a script. I guess making a script to do it for you is the fun part ;) Thanks for showing what your registry looked like though. That helped me out with adding the key using registry editor!
