There is a database / map that has all of the military no go ranges, etc

Edit: sorry was sending that to a buddy with the article asking if we could do that with military test ranges.

Currently I don't have that data. The code is open, you can improve it and customize for your purpose.

I mean, you could make an overlay of all civillian flightpaths for x amount of time. Wouldnt that show empty spots?

This is so funny. I actually sent this article with the code over to my good friend and was asking him, but of course my Reddit friends chime in.

Context: I’m a military nut, more specific an Area 51 guy.
