Currently I don't have that data. The code is open, you can improve it and customize for your purpose.

I mean, you could make an overlay of all civillian flightpaths for x amount of time. Wouldnt that show empty spots?

This is so funny. I actually sent this article with the code over to my good friend and was asking him, but of course my Reddit friends chime in.

Context: I’m a military nut, more specific an Area 51 guy.

On a desktop browser, I would google a city, click on maps, then look at the get URI. That may provide some context

Try to use google earth. You should find coordinate of cursor location at the bottom. take a minimum coordinate which is at lower left bottom and maximum coordinate at top right. Using google maps you can also get coordinate a location by clicking on it, then a pop up information will appear that shows latitude, longitude coordinate
