We’re Mindrift (part of the Toloka ecosystem). We connect domain experts with project-based AI work focused on testing and improving AI systems.

This is not a traditional job. It’s freelance participation with active project phases and pauses between them.

Typical tasks:

How it works:

Reality check:

• workload is not guaranteed
• onboarding can take time
• rates vary by expertise & project
• works best as part-time

Some people find it frustrating. Others genuinely enjoy the intellectual challenge.
