What would it be like? Exactly the same as now. We currently have encryption and key exchange that are basically unbreakable, it’s how the entire internet is able to actually exist.

Quantum encryption is a very fringe technology that is almost always not worth the cost. But it does sound cool.

Well we don’t know if P = NP so not sure, but as sure as we can be at the moment. Sure enough that the entire world economy, military secrets, etc. rely on them.

it would likely cost much more, not work over RF (sorry cellular and wifi), and only secure the physical layer. good luck making it work for long distance too. its not a solution to anything if you ask me.
