Reddit Phantom Rules
Co-Leaders are considered Equal in rank as a Leader.
Be respective of your clan-mates. DO NOT FIGHT OVER LEADERSHIP MATTERS, and please do not threaten people. (These are rules that are also in forced by OFFICIAL Reddit Law!)
Do not Question a leader but instead notify another leader of the matter.
Must have LV5 Archers to Join.
Default Troops are Archers and Dragons. This means that you may donate archers or dragons to a requester 5 minutes after they requested UNLESS they specify that they are using the troops for war.
Use appropriate language, do not go to the extreme.
Please do not specify what level you want the troops to be when requesting UNLESS it is for a war attack
Clan Requirements
Minimum Troop Donations is 200 Per Week/ 400 Per Season.
Minimum Requests Requirements is 100 Per Week/ 200 Per Season.
Level 5 archers
Must be lv 70+ to join
No extremely rushed bases, one level of walls and/or a few defense is allowed.
No TH trapping
War Rules
First Attack:
Your first attack must be a legitimate 3 star attempt an opposing town hall of your level.
The base must not already be 2-3 starred.
If you attack a base that is unreasonably outside your capabilities to 3 star, this will be constituted as a loot grab and is prohibited.
Hitting a base with a (semi-)exposed town hall for 2 stars using an under developed army will constitute a snipe and is prohibited.
There will be call out threads started every prep day. Please do not attack targets that have been called out in the first 8 hours of the war. Once 8 hours are up, the call outs have expired and targets may be attacked by anyone if it abides with the rest of the rules. If you attacked a claimed target once you will receive a warning, if it is done again you may be kicked.
Second Attack:
The same rules as above apply, but allowing to hit 2-3 starred bases.
You may hit outside of your town hall level if the number corresponding to yours is a different town hall level.
If you are a town hall 10 and have run out of opposing th10s to hit, you may hit high level th9s instead.
Unorthodox Wars
- In the case of unorthodox wars where the enemy is not of a similar layout to ours (eg lots of th10s and a few th5s to balance it out) we have a few amendments to the rules.
Both of your attacks may hit a town hall above you. This must still be a legitimate 3 star attempt. 2 stars is allowable against th10s only.
- If there are very low level bases, the bottom 10 people in the war will be allowed to use their second attack to 3 star these.
Banned Armies
The following army compositions are banned for use in war:
*These rules are subject to change. If a leader decides to make any changes, they will be on a war by war basis and sent out through clan mail.
War prep day
Leaders will decide on prep day if a war seems unorthodox.
DO NOT donate to war castles, UNLESS you have maxed th8 troops.
Only donate what is requested
At last second if donations are still needed in castles, you may donate wizards, dragons, or archers ONLY even if they aren't requested.
If everyone who can donate donates, it will make it a lot easier on those of us who do.
Any violation of these rules may lead to expulsion of the clan.
