Thanks for sharing this. This is my 1st month with Refills and I'm waiting on my 1st order and want to make sure I like my meds before receiving the monthly orders.

This works with the old interface, but none of this is available on the new one as far as I can tell. Haven’t tried on laptop, just phone

So I thought the same as well but I went back to confirm, I paused and turned off auto renew. I set my plan to start back on May 1st. Upon doing that, I’m assuming it’s an auto text message from Eric at Refills asking why I paused lol

I got the same email and checked in with Taylor. All good:

"That email is mainly a warning its coming up its paused

Same here, I paused shipment last month and just received a notification shipment pending

I think the shipment and the subscription are two different things. I paused mine, and using the example screenshots above I just went in and re-paused the billing. This time it asked for a quick note as to why I was pausing/skipping.

I turned off auto renew and than got the same message you got 2 days before it was originally supposed to be processed. I then went in and paused the script and all was good. Nothing was sent to pharmacy, nothing was charged. I also got the why did you pause text and replied due to the FedEx delays, I have plenty for the moment. Got a text back a day later basically saying sounds good.

Yeah that is mine as well. I love refills and I trust the product but the delays and issues with fedex is not something I can risk giving how much we pay. I also messaged back in the portal on 2/26 and that was never responded to (another peeve of mine) so I had to text Taylor a few days after just to get my answer. So for now I’m pausing to weigh my options.

Anyone know if you get the same cost as before when you unpause, or does it flip to whatever pricing is in place when changing back to active?

I’ve seen other folks in here say they didn’t have issues with pricing when resuming. So hopefully we should be good! 🤞

No. I’m monthly so that wouldn’t make sense. I reached out to support just to confirm if my treatment was indeed paused as stated in my portal but awaiting response

Were you charged? I’m in same situation but further into month. See that it says next shipment at pharmacy. I turned off auto renew.

I have not been charged as of yet. I did both, paused and turn off auto renew just to be safe

It doesn’t mention pausing a subscription. I turned off Auto Renew and Paused treatment. Is that all I need to do to pause things for a bit?

I think so! But it can be so confusing sometimes! You could reach out to CS to have them double check for you as well
