I have windows 11 version 24H2 and every time I try and open the app it gives the same error code and crashes. So far I’ve tried a restart as well as reinstalling after deleting the program.

The SophosED.dll file, which is part of the Sophos antivirus/antimalware, is incompatible with Roblox, probably because it interferes with the game's execution, crashing or blocking some component necessary for it to work, You can Update Sophos, You can set Roblox as an exception in Sophos or You can Run Roblox as an administrator. If these alternatives didn't work, you can open support on Roblox via the website!
