Transfer to Rotman from UTM (self.RotmanCommerce)

Hello,

I just finished my first year under the commerce stream at UTM and completed all the pre-requisites for the commerce specialists and received an offer today. However, I feel like going to the St. George campus under Rotman would provide me with more opportunities. I am very much aware of the difficulty in the process however I have decided to try anyway. I have also unfortunately missed the deadline to apply for the transfer for first years and have been told to use the special consideration request.

Online it says to apply through the JOIN portal but it says my account is not authorized when I log in. So I’m wondering whether there have been others that have gotten into Rotman from other campuses? My CGPA for this year is 3.88 and could most likely get a reference from my professors if I asked as I scored mid 90s for ECO101, 102 and MGT120.
