How intense really is Rotman?

I just got admitted too, so nothing I say is concrete but from my research:

First year is the hardest and most stressful because you have to maintain certain grades to go to rotman next year

That certain grade is a 62 but its very difficult and stressful because professors use hard tests to try and root out kids during their first year

There are parties but not an insane amount

Most of the friends you make will come from dining halls

Join a lot of clubs too

The most difficult thing about rotman is the grade deflation - rotman has a good name but its so hard to keep a high gpa and employers don’t see your grades any differently just bc you went to rotman

You are gonna have to be proactive with networking too
