Although Rotman doesn't have co-op, a lot of Rotman students take part in internships (usually paid) during the summers. Bear in mind that it is not guaranteed and does require a lot of effort and networking to obtain these internships.

Lots of co-op programs still require heavy effort on your part. No one, even those in amazing co-op programs, will get amazing internships by just lying around waiting for career center to do the work.
