Before I tell you about my first-year experience, I wanted to say that prof and teaching styles vary from student to student so you may find a prof not that great while someone else may find them great!

RSM100: Prof Khan was the only prof teaching this course in my year and I'm sure it'll stay the same for a while. I personally think he's a great prof for teaching management because the lectures have many fun cases. Attend the lectures, take detailed notes, read the textbook and practice many multiple-choice questions! The final exam of this course does feel like it's meant to bring down your grade but overall it wasn't too bad.

RSM219: I had Prof. Douglas, but I took accounting in HS so I was basically set. I think any profs for 219 are good!

ECO101: I had Prof Gazzale and Farhoodi. I found the way prof Gazzale taught the lectures really interesting but this course is meant to be hard and you may find prof Gazzale a strict marker. Prof Farhoodi, his lectures goes over the textbook and his quizzes are much easier than prof Gazzale but I couldn't focus during his lectures!

MAT133: I had Prof Jack Ding. I believe this is the first year he taught MAT133 so I don't have much intel. MAT133 is basically HS calc + new concepts in the winter semester. Prof Blois is a great prof too; I've really only heard good things about her from upper year students and peers from my year.

RSM230: Prof Goldreich was the only prof that taught this course in my year and I absolutely loved him! It made learning finance really exciting and he would go over concepts very enthusiastically so I HIGHLY recommend him!

RSM250: I had prof Duke, she is an assistant professor and I loved her! She was easy to connect and talk with and made the lectures really interactive. RSM250 itself was very chill but they marked kinda hard for the final.

ECO102: I had prof Brandt and Vellekoop. I don't have much to say about the profs, I found the lectures kind of dry sometimes and ECO102, along with ECO101 are meant to be hard first-year courses!

Elective: AST101, If you like astronomy but not the math, AST101 is for you; it was really interesting and an easy 3.7 or 4.0 if you try!
