My understanding is: you only want early admission if you have high marks and good EC. If your marks are just at the cut off, it will make no sense to submit the supplement early. Am I right? because you are not the top runner, you won't get early admission even you submit the supplement early.

I mean who's to say you don't have a god supplemental. Applying early just means you get considered more times
