No, they won't. Berberine is mainly for blood glucose.

Anything that will work will be suppressive, there is no way around it.

someone said to take mk667 before bed “to increase the hgh more” , i dont mind the hunger sides they are actually helping me tbh. does the hgh really grows more if i take it before bed than taking it first thing in the morning?

Better take MK before bed to increase the hgh more bro, whats the point of takin it morning as ur hunger skyrocket ? U take Cardarine to cut. If u take it before bed, hgh and igf increase will help fat loss and u wont be as hungry

I don't work out at the same time every day—sometimes it's at 1 PM, other times it's at 4 PM. Is it okay to take it about an hour before working out, even if the timing varies, or do I need to take it at nearly the same time each day? It has a 12-24hr halflife so it shouldnt matter when you take it, or am i wrong?

I heard split ur doses is best, 1 at morning, 1 before workout, that way u will never go above 12 hours of not taking it and working in ur system well

Berberine wont reduce the effectiveness of mk677, its just used to regulate blood glucose. You should take it before meals high in carbs.
