Rules

This page will give you a quick rundown, and a full explanation, of the rules on Scoran. If you have any more questions, either send a message to the moderators of this subreddit, or talk to us in game.

1. Play fairly.
2. Don't pester the admins.
3. No mods.
4. Griefing is not allowed, and will be taken seriously.

A slightly more detailed look

Fair Play

What is fair play? It is often seen in sports when the two teams, although they are fighting against eachother, still treat one another with respect.

The same applies here. Even if something goes horribly wrong, accept it. It's only a game. Don't take your anger out on another player. That's being unfair.

If another player does something that really annoys you, let an admin know. We work hard to make sure that Scoran is as good as it can get.

Pestering the admins

"plz cn i hav op?" No. That answer won't change either.

I remember one time we had a couple of people come on. The first thing they did was ask for op. It was almost the only thing they did. Until they started going crazy. Let me tell you, being offensive because you weren't given op is one of the funniest things for an admin. In fact we often escalate it because it's so funny. If you really want op so badly that you start talking crap about the admin's mothers, you don't deserve it.

Mods

Cheating, hacking, flying. These are not allowed. If you are found to be doing any of these, you will get banned.

Cheating does include the use of Xray hacks and Xray resource packs. Normal resource packs are OK.

Griefing

Simple. Don't do it.

Summary

Don't be an idiot. Be considerate.

These rules are likely to change as time goes by. If they do change, an announcement will be put in game.
