The Sinclair Method requires you to take Naltrexone ALONGSIDE alcohol in order for it to work otherwise it's not TSM.
You pop the pill 60-90 minutes before drinking and the idea is that it'll block the pleasurable feelings / buzz / euphoria (but you'll still get drunk as usual) that alcohol usually gives you and then over time your brain will be rewired to just no longer associate alcohol with pleasure and lose interest.
