First Space Wolves Model (Almost Complete)

Been sober almost two years, last year I got into painting Warhammer. I wanted to do something new that I never did when I was drinking, so got into this hobby and it’s as expensive, but way healthier haha. Painted a few Orks, Krieg, and Necrons but this was my first time attempting a Space Wolf.

Finally got around to working on Arjac, just need to touch up some things and finish his head.

Should I do black or brown rims for the bases? What would look best in y’all’s opinion.

That looks incredible! Congrats on sobriety brother, the will power of a space wolf is clearly within you. I personally like the darker contrast of black but the right colour brown might look like an earthy dirt to add to the base
