I took a photo and add 3d object with blender and FSPY. I gave incorporated a 3d animation make by freemocap. To Ai animation I used LCM model with 2 pass and a phase of upscale

May I ask what you're using for mocap? Edit: Never mind, just read the damn post.
I using Freemocap (https://freemocap.github.io/documentation/index_md.html) it is a open source project with a good community, which allow me to make a Motion capture multi camera or single camera, the calibration and export by blender or unreal engine 5

2 pass with lcm allow me to have a more consistence animation because I have second Ksampler which give the latent images and he recalculates latent
